Gaskets Unlimited

NO Architecture was asked to renovate an existing 70’s warehouse for a highly entrepreneurial company and its founders. The project would have an open-office, upper mezzanine, break area and 12,000 sf of manufacturing space. Gaskets Unlimited is run by some saavy GA Tech graduates. They have multiple companies that are run out of this space. We wanted to create an atmosphere for all of their employees that was fun, comfortable and productive.

We cut a series of openings into the existing brick facade, flooding the space with natural light. We inserted the mezzanine into the space with a break room below. The entrance is buffered with perforated plywood panels made on site. The office furniture was also manufactured by the owners.
