HOSEA + 2nd II
Here is the new rendering for Phase II, Hosea + 2nd. This project will begin construction early 2018 and finish by end of summer. It is a two-story building with a nice sized restaurant space to one side with a wrapped covered patio on the corner. A second cafe space that fronts the breezeway and has a double-height space overlooking Hosea Williams Drive. There is a ground level office/loft space in back and two large offices upstairs that share an elevated breezeway. Each individual space is unique, has adequate natural light, direct access, and like Phase I lots of exterior shared spaces.
